What can virtual bookkeeping do for YOU?
Time.
Do you spend countless hours trying to make sense of your spreadsheets and receipts— or worse, just avoid it altogether?
Understandably, maintaining accurate financial records may fall to the bottom of your to-do list. So if fumbling through calculating your own cash flow isn’t why you started your business, then outsourcing your bookkeeping can free up valuable time that can be put into growing your company
Accuracy.
Have financial mistakes cost you money? Is number-crunching your kryptonite? Would you rather do literally anything else?
Outsourcing your bookkeeping provides you full-time accounting knowledge – without the full-time price tag. Because when you put your books into the hands of an experienced professional, your job becomes a whole lot easier, effective and efficient. Look, Ma – no mistakes!
Expertise.
Are your books managed by more than one person? Are you confident you – or they – are qualified to do them accurately?
Those hours you or someone else less qualified spend managing receivables and accounts payable, preparing tax documents and creating budgets? They add up. So if you don’t have a bookkeeper, you are the bookkeeper – but your time is too valuable for you to be able to afford your own hourly rate.

When it comes to bookkeeping, hiring an employee to handle this may not be realistic – at least not yet.
Even still, the dedication required to maintain accurate financial records often falls to the bottom of your to-do list – after all, you likely didn't go into business to become a bookkeeper – but your time is too valuable for you to afford your own hourly rate if you choose to do your own bookkeeping.
Those hours you spend managing receivables and accounts payable, preparing tax documents and creating budgets? They add up. So if you don’t have a bookkeeper, you are the bookkeeper.
Hiring a full-time bookkeeping on the other hand will cost you at least $100,000 a year plus benefits and taxes. We can do all you need at a mere FRACTION of that cost without having to worry about managing another employee and the extra costs that come with that.

While we are happy to help and give direction for any apps or services that may benefit you on the bookkeeping side, we are focused on the transactional side of your needs. Shopping for vendors is best supported by an admin type of person. We can certainly provide the reports needed to show you what you spend with a particular vendor but they will not help you shop vendors.

A bookkeeper is more focused on tracking the day-to-day transactions that include paying bills, monitoring your cash flow, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.
Consult an accountant for tax advice, certified audits, and a more high-level analysis of your business’s overall financial health.
